MPR Designs incorporates all the small details that personalize your Logo. I was originally connected with Jordan who was looking for a boat logo for a recent purchase. She said that there was on major detail, the boat is PINK! She was looking for a logo that would illustrate the fun personality that this boat has while on the water. Her requesting included, an outline of the boat, a flamingo, had to be pink, and the boats name included in this boat logo.
Before our Creative Live Session Jordan sent me a couple of different elements from the boat manufacture that she really liked and wanted to see in the final boat logo. Jordan let me know that she was looking for the logo to mostly be presented in a pink color but was still looking for something that was recognizable if need to be in black and white. I was originally sent primary down a path to create a logo with the head on orientation, pictured in the hand drawling provided by Jordan. She also wanted to incorporate her favorite animal a Flamingo! This flamingo brings together the main element, the name of the boat, Flemin-Go a very cleaver mixture of the clients last name and her favorite animal.
Design Mapping Flemin-Go
Once we got the over first draft, Jordan decided that she liked the boat from the side versus straight on. She also pointed out she liked the script font with the flamingo acting as the O element in the writing. We created a couple of boat drafts from a side orientation and was able to book her Creative Live Session.
Live Creative Session for Logo Design
We scheduled our Live Zoom Meeting to finalize the design. During the meeting we went through each of the logos and tried them with various Fonts to make sure that the script that was picked was the best fit. The script font was giving off very “Tommy Bahama” feel which was in line with what Jordan was looking to represent. Right before the meeting MPR has create 2 new boat outlines with the side orientation laid out at the last meeting. We went through the two and finalized all the detail that Jordan requested; LIVE. One the boat was finalized we were able to bring the two elements together for their final adjustments. After Jordan and Eric approved and were happy with the design we ended the creative live session.
Finalized Design for Flemingo
To conclude their Logo Design package for their new boat logo, I provided them with a folder containing 2 versions of the logo in various colors formatted in PNG, PDF, SVG, and JPEG. The final logo was delivered within a week after our live design session.
Final Logo Overview
We provided the client with all high-quality images optimized for web and for print. We look forward to working with Jordan and Eric again on more projects in the future!
