Welcome to MPR Designs LLC Hosting Services (“MPR Designs,” “we,” or “us”). By utilizing our hosting services, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully as it outlines the responsibilities, restrictions, and conditions of our hosting services.

1. Hosting Services Provided
MPR Designs LLC provides website hosting services, including:

• Secure and reliable server hosting for your website.
• Domain management and configuration (if applicable).
• Technical support related to hosting, up to two website change forms annually, and one emergency call per year.
• Security and maintenance of hosting environments.

2. Payment and Fees
Hosting fees must be paid annually in advance. A one-week grace period is allowed for overdue payments. After the grace period, the site will enter maintenance mode until payment is received. If payment is not made within 14 days after the due date, the site will be scheduled for deletion. Hosting fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Third-Party Editors and Content Modifications

• To ensure compatibility and performance, third-party editors or developers are not permitted to access or modify websites hosted by MPR Designs without prior written approval.
• Unauthorized changes made by third-party editors will void any guarantees of website performance, functionality, or compatibility. This also constitutes cancelation of hosting contract.

4. Cancellation of Hosting Services
MPR Designs LLC reserves the right to cancel hosting services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Non-compliance with these Terms of Service.
• Unauthorized modifications or third-party access to hosted websites.
• Breach of payment terms.

If hosting is canceled by MPR Designs LLC, we will notify the Client and provide a reasonable timeframe to retrieve website files and databases.

5. Limitation of Liability
MPR Designs will not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Unauthorized third-party changes to your website.
• Issues related to compatibility or performance after hosting cancellation or transfer.
• Downtime or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., server outages, natural disasters).

6. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure timely payment of hosting fees.
• Avoid making unauthorized changes to your hosted website.
• Notify MPR Designs LLC promptly of any technical issues or required support.

7. Database and Website File Transfer
Upon cancellation or termination of hosting services, MPR Designs LLC will provide the Client with the website database and files upon written request. Transfer services are not included and can be subjected to transfer fee of $99.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Florida.

Acknowledgment
By using MPR Designs’ hosting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
